Crisis Response Training

Saint Raphael Retreat Center - Dallas, TX
|
April 6-11, 2025
Crisis Response Training is a five day workshop for global workers who want to help those who have been impacted by trauma with a special emphasis on caring for missionaries. Peer crisis responders are trained to assess need, provide stabilization, reduce distress, and facilitate access to additional support. Peer crisis responders are also trained to provide crisis debriefings as one aspect of a broader spectrum of crisis responses. Peer crisis responders learn the limits of their competence and how to make referrals to specialists, as needed. This workshop is designed for Christian believers who are working in a global context and therefore is Christ-centered.
